Prevalence and control of necrotic enteritis in South Asia

Necrotic enteritis is one of the most prevalent poultry diseases globally, as well as in the South Asian region. In this area, the prevalence varies, from 8% to more than 32% depending on the season and weather conditions, and it increases during the rainy seasons and in winter, when relative humidity is higher.
