Nutritional supplement as growth promoter

A nutritional supplement containing allin-sulphur acid and carvacrol, administered in drinking water during the first 14 days of life at a dose of 350 µg and 500 µg respectively per klw and day, has proven its effectiveness in body weight improving and mortality reduction.
This study compares the results obtained with the administration of both pronutrients at 4 weeks of life, after 2 weeks of the end of the administration of the supplement.

Batch 1 recieved a treatment with tylosin and colistin in drinking water and batch 2 recieved the same treatment supplemented with allin-sulphur acid and carvacrol.
Therefore we can state that the conditioning of the intestinal epithelium improves weight gain (+4.16%) and reduces mortality (-12.30%).
