From November 12 to 15, Punta del Este received more than 3500 participants in the Latin American poultry congress OVUM 2024. This event proved to be a complete success with the participation of more than 150 stands of different companies dedicated to poultry production, which displayed their technology, advances and new offers to the public.

Against a backdrop of a modern metropolis, forests and the Atlantic Ocean, OVUM 2024 was a complete success. The event included technical talks developed in parallel to the large commercial exhibition.

Its organizers knew how to make the event a spectacle. Its inauguration was accompanied by typical dances and a varied gastronomic offer. The visit of the President of Uruguay, President Luis Lacalle Pou, the typical dinner at the Narbona restaurant and the closing with the ALA awards to the most outstanding poultry producers and associations in Latin America occupied each day of the congress.

BIOVET S.A. Spain was part of the trade fair located at stand D02 where it received the visit of customers and distributors, as well as many interested in the offer of natural additives to improve the quality of their production systems.

The large influx of participants from Latin America and the world to this beautiful southern country shows that poultry farming continues to grow steadily.
