The EuroTier 2024 trade fair, which took place in Hanover (Germany) from 12 to 15 November, made a strong impression, providing key drivers relevant to business in the livestock sectors worldwide. A powerhouse of innovations at the highest level, the world’s leading trade fair for professional livestock farming welcomed 2,193 exhibitors from 51 countries this week with the latest solutions and technologies for the livestock sector and renewable energies. Some 120,000 visitors from 149 countries took advantage of the international meeting place for the industry, underlining the trade fair’s leading role in animal welfare, sustainability, digitalization and artificial intelligence. The trade fair offered more than 500 professional events and conferences.
Under the guiding theme “We innovate animal farming”, EuroTier 2024 provided strong drivers for the national and international livestock farming industry.
The percentage of international exhibitors increased compared to the previous edition and amounted to around 65 percent. The total number of exhibiting companies increased by 25 percent compared to the last edition. After Germany, the majority of exhibitors came from China, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Denmark, Belgium and the United Kingdom. Exhibitors from the Arab region, such as Egypt, Morocco and Algeria, were also represented, as well as India. The number of international pavilions also increased. This year, 25 national pavilions from three continents were represented at EuroTier 2024, including Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Finland, France, Spain, the USA and the United Kingdom.
The next EuroTier trade fair will take place in Hanover, Germany, from 10 to 13 November 2026. More than 700 companies have already registered as exhibitors for the upcoming edition.
