MINERVET SA participated in the HACCP Systems’ Implementation Workshop, held by INTI Mendoza from 14th to 16th of November at the INA Mendoza facilities. The activity was hosted by an Engineer Sergio R. Flores, responsible for quality of INTI Mendoza.

During the conference, topics related to the implementation of quality management programs, determination of critical control points, regulations, neutralization and reduction of risks within the food industry were discussed.

MINERVET SA from very beginning works together with the National Institute of Industrial Technology in the determination of physical and chemical bacteriological parameters as part of the safety system of their products.
