On May 17th and 18th, 2018 Biovet S.A. participated in the China International Animal Husbandry Expo (CAHE), held in Chongqing, China. Biovet S.A., as a manufacturer of additives of natural origin, presented its products at a stand, where the East Asia area manager of Biovet S.A., Mr. Ferran Brull, attended distributors of various Chinese provinces.

On this occasion Mr. Brull also paid attention to the international distributors of Biovet S.A. from Taiwan, who visited the stand. In order, Mr. Brull presented the lines of Biovet S.A., such as pronutrients, preservatives and mycotoxin binders, intended for animal nutrition.

PRONUTRIENTS
Alquernat products contain pronutrients, complex organic molecules from plant extracts that are necessary at small amounts to optimize the organs’ physiology. They are natural products that do not leave residues nor require withdrawal period or cause pharmacological effect. They are classified into 10 categories according to their area of action: conditioners of the intestinal mucosa, optimizers of the intestinal mucosa, hepatic regenerators, immunoboosters, feed optimizers, anti-free radicals, and conditioners of the epitheliums, conditioners of the pituitary gland, prebiotics and mineral metabolism conditioners. 
The product presented from this line was Alquernat Zycox.

PRESERVATIVES
Next, Mr. Brull explained the line of preservatives and presented the product Alquermold Natural, a "bactericide and fungicide for raw materials and compound feed in which the action of an active ingredient of natural origin, the cimenol ring, is combined with citric acid," he said. 

MYCOTOXIN BINDERS
In the final, the area manager highlighted that "the mycotoxin binders, like Alquerfeed Antitox, product based on Silicoglycidol, have mycotoxin binding action. It is used in birds, pigs and ruminants in the prevention of enteritis and poisoning (mycotoxicosis) by ingestion of feed contaminated by mycotoxins."

CAHE
According to organizers of the event "China Animal Husbandry Expo", known as CAHE around the world, is held in different cities every year, it is the largest livestock fair in Asia".

"The presence of Biovet is vital in the largest fair in China, to maintain contact with current and future customers, as well as to present the latest news and trials", concluded Mr. Brull.
