In the hall of the Il.ltre Col.legi d'Advocats of Barcelona was held the inauguration of course 2014-2015 of the Consell Interacademic de Catalunya with the participation of all academies headquartered in Catalunya. The opening salutation was pronounced by Hon. Mr. Josep Guardia i Canela, president l´Academia de Jurisprudencia i Legislació of Catalonia, who made a historical overview of the different forms of inter academic collaboration. This salutation was followed by the inaugural speech of the academic  Mrs. Alegria Borras about:

"The right to water and water rights." The event was closed by the President of the Consell Interacademic and Minister of Justice Mr. Germà Gordo I Aubarell who addressed the presidents of the Academic of Catalonia, academics and audience pointing out the relevance of the act regarding the future development of relations
