During our last visit in Central America and the Caribbean, it took place a seminar in El Salvador about the control of Salmonellas in feed plants. This seminar was attended by avian technicians, analyst microbiologists and technicians of manufacturer plants of balanced feed from Avicola Salvadoreña, La Sultana and Biovet.

During the seminar it was underlined the sanitary importance of these controls, the microbiological techniques and the practices of good manufacture related to that issue, as well as the statistics related to the incidence in the human health which is linked to the incidence of healthy carriers of Salmonella among the feed manufacturers.
This activity is one of the activities scheduled for the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the brand Aliansa in the Central American market.
