This week, a technical and commercial team from Biovet participated for the first time in VIV Africa, which took place in Kigali, Rwanda. During the two days of fair, they held meetings with existing and potential distributors, farm managers, nutritionists and consultants from the area.

The most present countries were Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya, but also some participations from India and China.

The Biovet products that were of greatest interest were Alquermold Natural (feed preservative and raw material with biocidal effect), Alquerfeed Antitox (the mycotoxin binder based on Silicoglycidol) and the natural additives based on pronutrients from the Alquernat line: Alquernat Nebsui (intestinal conditioner), Alquernat Livol (liver conditioner), Alquernat Zycox (intestinal optimizer) and Alquernat Yucca (natural deodorizer).

It is worth highlighting Alquermold Natural, a natural preservative with bactericidal and fungicidal activity, based on cimenol ring and citric acid. The additive has a double effect, also functioning as an intestinal biocide to promote the balance of intestinal flora. It is effective against Salmonella, E. coli, Clostridium, Pseudomonas, Campylobacter and Staphylococcus, among others, and promotes beneficial intestinal flora.
