Δ’Labs is an International Network of Laboratories specialized in veterinarian clinical diagnosis and analysis, created to perform a wide range of techniques and tests that help veterinarians, scientists and personnel related to the livestock and poultry sector. Its work will facilitate the assessments and help to obtain an accurate and reliable diagnosis.

Δ’Labs laboratories’ team consists of highly qualified clinicians and veterinarians with both constant training and great experience, that allows to offer the best service and diagnosis in each case. Δ’Labs services can be applied to all animal species and include: necropsy, bacteriology, clinical chemistry, serology, endocrinology, histopathology, immunohistochemistry, virology, parasitology, molecular diagnosis and toxicology.

In addition, the Network of Laboratories collaborates with universities and institutions in the study of emerging diseases and the development of new diagnostic methods that make possible to improve animal health and the performance of farms on a constant basis.

SYSTEM OF FRANCHISES

Δ’Labs is a franchise system that offers its services in several countries of the world. According to the company press release, its philosophy is: “To offer diagnostics and services more appropriate for each geographical area.” In this regard, three laboratories have recently been established in Romania, Peru and Bangladesh.

Among the services performed by these laboratories are: monitoring (monitoring the health status of animals through rapid specific antigen detection techniques, which allow early diagnosis); complete diagnostic process; specific laboratory techniques (serological, molecular biology); manufacture of autogenous antigens; manufacture of autogenous vaccines; detection of residues (in milk, eggs, meat, feed (mycotoxins, coccidiostats, etc.)) and microbiological analysis of feed and water analysis.

COMPLETE DIAGNOSTIC PROCESS

The International Laboratories Network Δ’Labs stands out for carrying out a complete diagnosis by highly experienced personnel, which allows to offer accurate and independent diagnoses. The analysis includes a diagnosis based on clinical orientation or diagnostic imaging; an analysis of the casuistry; interpretation of the findings in necropsies; choice and application of specific laboratorial technique; isolation and serotyping of the agent; and finally, the recommendation of treatment or preventive measures.

EXPERIENCE

Δ’Labs is a network that emerges from the experience of three laboratories: LBD, Anditra and Recombina. LBD was founded in 1978 and specialized in performing clinical and microbiological analysis, specifically in poultry and microbiology in feed. In 1988 LBD, due to changes in legislation, became ANDITRA, recognized by the Generalitat of Catalonia. Finally, Recombina  is a biotechnological company that offers scientific services related to the diagnosis and research of products in the veterinary, pharmaceutical and agri-food sectors.
