XLVIII Poultry Scientific Simposium
Next 7th and 8th. October 2011, it will be lead in Santiago de Compostela (Spain) the XLVIII Poultry Scientific Simposium.
The chosen guide will be referring to quality: quality in genetics, management of layers and incubators to obtain quality chickens, influence of nutritional factors on the egg and broilers quality, repercussion of the slaughter house in the quality of meat and distribution.
The Spanish Association of Poultry Science is engaged with good hygienic and productive practices, that will affect directly on the quality of poultry products and in feed security. All these subjects will be treated in the Simposium.
