With the presence of Dr. Josep Llupià, President of the Veterinary Sciences Academy of Catalonia and representatives from other scientific organisms as Catalan Society for Pharmacy History, Catalan Society for Medicine History, Royal Academy of Pharmacy of Catalonia and Royal Academy of Medicine of Catalonia, a commemorative day for the 500 years of the “Concordie apothecariorum barchinone in medicine compositis”, considered as the second Pharmacopoeia in elder.

The book was edited in Barcelona in 1511, and there are collected up to 324 receipts, by first time consensuated with all the apothecaries in Barcelona, to homogenize the formulations prepared in the city. The collection includes 10 different types of preparations.
