Central American Congress on pig farming
Alfonso Diaz, representing Distrivet and INPSAS, which both are distributor companies for Biovet S.A. in Panama and Colombia, presented an interesting conference about the use of pronutrients in pig farming in the Pig Farming Central American Congress.
Pronutrients are molecules from a botanic origin that normalize cellular physiology, without a pharmacological effect, by affecting the ribosomal function in the synthesis of specific proteins for each cellular type. This technology was firstly described in 1950, by Gordon Rosen, and has been researched and applied to the farming industry, since 1997, by Jaime Borrell, member of the Royal Academy of Veterinary Sciences and the Peruvian Academy of Veterinary Sciences.
Veterinaria Digital congratulates Alfonso Diaz for his presentation, which is complemented with the one performed by Júlia Pié from Biovet S.A. in the Ibero American Congress of Pig Farming that took place on July 19th to 21th in Lima.
