VIV Qingdao 2019: more than 600 exhibitors and 20+ conferences on September 19-21
“From Feed to Food†is the motto of a trade show that will be held annually from this year on to better serve the Chinese agrifood market

The Qingdao Cosmopolitan Exposition located in the West Coast New Area of the city of Qingdao will host the VIV Qingdao 2019,  a husbandry industry event scheduled on September 19th – 21st. More than 600 national and international companies will be part of an exhibition that, for the first time, has been organised locally for and by China.
The organizers have confirmed more than 20 conferences and seminars that will be held by top industry leaders. In addition, VIV Qingdao 2019’s organizers have been partnering with the local Qingdao administration to present Asia Agro Food Expo (AAFEX 2019), an exhibition that will concurrently take place at the same time and location as VIV Qingdao.
Veterinaria Digital has been selected as one of the official international media partners of the event and all attendees can visit its stand at booth S1A122.
600+ exhibitors from around the world
A total of 600 exhibitors from around the world will take part in the event. Around 120 exhibitors alone come from the local Chinese province of Shandong. Other companies come from other parts of China and other Asian countries such as Israel, Japan, Taiwan, India Malaysia and South Korea. The Americas will be represented by companies from The United Sates or Brasil, as well as Europe, with companies from the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain and the Russian Federation. All parts of the agri-food industry chain will be thoroughly covered by sector categories such as breeding, hatching and other integrated services; feed milling equipment; feed and feed additives; animal health; breeding and housing equipment; and ecological waste treatment equipment.
VIV Qingdao 2019 will be working closely together with the Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine (CAAV), Sustainable Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), China Association for the Promotion of International Agricultural Cooperation, VIV worldwide (VNU Exhibitions Europe) and other prestigious industry associations local and from abroad to present a comprehensive show featuring all sectors of the husbandry industry.

Under the motto From Feed to Food, VIV Qingdao 2019’s conference sessions held by industry connoisseurs that will revolve around 4 main topics to cover main industry insights and other topics of current interest.
The Third China Swine Science Conference and Exhibition 2019
The conference will provide a in depth analysis of the development of the Post-African Swine Fever (ASF) and measures taken within the Chinese swine industry will be presented.
The Third World Conference on Farm Animal Welfare
It is meant to be one of the world’s most prestigious conference on Farm Animal Welfare. It will be conducted by eight international animal welfare associations and supported by the FAO. Improving user-end services for a healthier future together will be the core topic.
VIV International Summit 2019
The VIV International Summit 2019 will consist of an in-depth series of parallel forums and sessions featuring a wide range of topics, such as Animal Disease; Monitoring and Biosafety Forum; All About Layers and Egg: Safe and High-Quality; Development of the Poultry Industry; Build My Feed Mill; Antibiotic free Era: Reform, Reduction and Resistance; Smart Farming Tech Talks; and Leading a New Era in Animal Nutrition.
The Second Farm and Food Integration Seminar 2019
The Second Farm and Food Integration Seminar 2019 will feature the following topics: General Market and Trends; Best Brand Case Sharing; New Retail and Block Chain; Business Model and Capital Operation.
Alongside the 4 main conferences, VIV Qingdao will also be hosting parallel seminars about Disease Control, the Animal Health Industry Analysis Forum.
