Minervet S.A. will begin a trial with Minermold at Maza University which is part of the scientific research agreement signed in 2018

In December 2018, Minervet S.A. and the Maza University signed a collaboration agreement to establish connections and promote joint projects related to scientific research in animal production.

Within the framework of this agreement, Minervet S.A. will shortly begin a trial with Minermold on the university facilities. The trial will evaluate the efficacy of the product as a natural preservative and as an antimicrobial in raw materials and feed in broilers.

Minermold is a preservative non-nutritional additive, formulated based on minerals and natural extracts of botanical origin. It is composed of natural active ingredients from botanical extracts that, in combination with low amounts of citric acid, give the product a preservative effect to keep raw materials and feed in optimal condition. Its active principles have antibacterial and antifungal action, and its use is suitable for poultry and pig farming.
