Recently Biovet S.A. has carried out the administrative process to validate the QS certificate, quality seal for the products marketed and for good manufacturing and safety practices. This certificated is added to the Fami QS, an European title that the laboratory renews annually since 2013.

QS is a German standard which certifies that the products and all the manufacturing stages meet the requirements established by QS guides. From now on, Biovet will be able to elaborate and label its products with the blue seal of QS, a fact that guarantees the quality, food safety, traceability and transparency throughout the entire production chain.

QS has become a recognized certificate at European level providing an added value to the products. More than 140.000 companies from 25 countries are currently participating in the QS system.

The validation of the certificate has been possible thanks to the mutual recognition agreement between Fami-QS and QS which establish that those producing companies certified by FAMI QS can also approve the QS certificate.
