Mycosis in turkeys. It is common to find lesions in the corneal layer of the gizzard, due to different causes. If we separate the corneal layer from the muscular layer, we can know the cause. The presence of a whitish formation that corresponds to the mycelia of a filamentous fungus, which confirms a mycosis.
