Tibial Dyschondroplasia

Tibial dyschondroplasia is part of a set of skeletal abnormalities of the poultry intensive produced, they generate lower productivity of the batch, individual performance and animal welfare. It is a developmental disorder characterized by abnormal cartilage remaining in the proximal end of the tibia. While moderate injuries do not prevent the chickens come to feed and water, the pain associated with severe injuries, may motivate them to echarsey thus to reduce food consumption.
