Here, as in all drama, the presentation followed by development. But like any technology, dramatic, must exist an ending that consists in one part to the other imposes abruptly or gradually.

Even if the transparency and efficiency in the use of public resources are part of the regeneration this will be incomplete or false, without replenishing the money extracted or stolen goods activities.
