In this blog of transparecy, we are always attentive to the activities of public organisms in order to discover tests that could end in the lack of transparecy.

public administrations must be transparent in the use of public money, which belongs to all citizens, but also in their regulatory standards as they can provoke the concealed creation of oligopolies, restriction of competition in favor of some “friends of the public things” or the submission of the citizenry, including the companies, to a regulatory regime unenforceable, with the consequent danger of induction to corruption.

In a country of the South of Europe the difficulty to open new companies or develop their productive activity is high due to the release of approximately 151,133 pages of state regulations and 715,009 pages of autonomic regulations ( 900,000 pages!!!!!) to develop 2,896 standars at the state and 10,261 standars at the regional level.

The visible result is the country falling from post 42 to post 44 of the ranking in terms of easy development of the productive activity, according to the report of Doing Bussines 2013 of the Worl Bank, but imperceptible consequences in the long term can be harmful since a disproportionated regulatory hypertrophy, can increase the lack off transparency, increase corruption and make fall citizens into an economic and moral crisis with historical precedents and disastrous consequences as in 1,898 and 1,929
