The glaciations, origin of submerged lands and myths. Dissemination 73rd

The prehistoric past of the human species has reached present through numerous myths and legends difficult to verify. However, new explorations are providing information on places, currently submerged, which were related to human cultures prior to the current historical period. All this information is related to changes in the level of seas and oceans throughout the planet's existence, and therefore is related to glaciation.
Remember that we are now on a postglacial period although, before we can safely say that another ice age will occur, it would be appropriate to say that we are in an interglacial period. The last ice age ended about 10,000 years ago and with it a cultural stage based on the development of agriculture and livestock passing the human species from hunter-gatherers to a civilization of farmers and livestock with the appearance of the first states began.
The myth of the Phoenix (the star Sirius in the constellation Canis maioris), texts about the biblical flood of Gilgamesh poem and the Sumerian buildings in Mesopotamia, Pharaonic in Egypt, Maya in Central America, preincas in Peru and megalithic in Europe, related to agricultural calendars, have sent us news of this climate change resulting from the end of the last glaciation.
Some of these issues have been addressed in the Disclosures 49 (Submerged Lands of the Mediterranean) 50 (Submerged Lands of Asia) and 54 (Mediterranean Calendars) and this blog will discuss the timing of glaciations.
Geologically known, so far, 4 major glaciations:
(1) Middle Precambrian glaciation (Paleoproterozoic) between 2700-2300 million years ago called Huroniana.
(2) Late Precambrian glaciation from 850 to 630 million years ago, called cryogenic to cover the entire Earth.
(3) Ordovician glaciation two periods between 460-430 and 350 to 260 million years ago.
(4) Cenozoic glaciation between 40 million and 10,000 years ago. From it we can point to three periods related to the evolution of the human species:
(4.1) The Riss glacial age between 180,000 and 130,000 years ago
(4.2) The Wurm glacial age between 70,000 and 10,000 years ago
(4.3) post-glacial period 10,000 years ago and present
Each glaciation has meant decline of sea level and each end of glaciation has involved rising sea level so that sea level change significantly with differences between 120 and 1000 meters depth from current levels. This causes the profile moves coast between 80 and 100 km from the current position. Since human settlements tend to be located near the sea or near the base level of rivers thaw causes each level rise and flood the settlements of the previous ice age, making them disappear from view, leaving only myths or legends about its existence, transmitted orally from generation to generation.
Finally we must consider that the ancient settlements were due place in the deeper areas have greater geological consistency, while closer to the present coast areas consisted of stuffed inconsistent, easily eroded and therefore unsuitable for construction. Consequently most human settlements disappeared under the waters must currently be between 700 and 1000 meters.
