Production of casseum in avian oviduct produces physical obstruction of laying, and this becomes so many times in intraabdominal laying and peritonitis. The existence of these injuries is usually related to the presence of infectious bronchitis wild virus, coming from migratory birds, in well immunized farms against the virus. Mortality is due to secondary peritonitis.
