Inclusion body hepatitis. This disease, caused by an adenovirus, is macroscopically characterized by enlarged, friable, pale livers, with areas with petechiae, associated with hydropericardium. It is related, sometimes, with infections by other immunosuppressor agents.  Observation of intranuclear inclusion bodies in the liver works allows the differential diagnosis in the laboratory.
