Editorial 22. Repayment instead of copayment.

Some people think that public money belongs to nobody and therefore is spent without consideration. Other people think that public money is theirs and therefore they misappropriate. The consequence of both attitudes is a high budget deficit that, when unsustainable, requires correct the situation.
In recent weeks, are talking in Europe, especially in countries of southern Europe, the introduction of co-payment of public services. So copay proposals are heard by use of health services by the use of roads or the primary, secondary and university education.
When someone says it is studying the copay for use of public services is making a mistake or lie.
The mistake is to think that what the state collects is of the state and so when someone uses it should copay, however it is false that of the state is the state, the state is all citizens.
The lie consists in as it public services have been built and operated by the taxpaying citizens, and thus have paid. When you have to pay per use in addition to be violated philosophy of social redistribution, is lying because it is treated as a repayment pay twice the same.
The perversion of language is a sign of loss of civic freedom, which we have written in the past, and change repayment per copayment is one of the most serious symptoms of a disease called state interventionism.
The interventionists believe that the state is the owner of what he has received from citizens, they should think that what the state receives from citizens is held by the state as an administrator and not as owner. If so there will be less respected plundering and squandering of public money.
