The dictionary defines an idiot as someone who annoys for his untimeliness, indiscretion or low intelligence.

In the last weeks of 2013, taking advantage of the need for some citizens, to deduct on their annual tax returns on income, some idiot said that countries should be required by law to companies and workers to complete the public pension plan with a private one.

This is not an insult is a finding of fact by the inappropriateness of these declarations, and in a country growing popular discontent with the embezzlement of public funds, by the almost freezing of pensions and the growing view that social security has been a pyramid scam, making these declarations can only be described as idiocy.

When the state behaves as the first citizen in fulfilling their obligations and transparency, it may be time for the State to advise the citizen to decide if he wants a public pension plan or a private one (not a private one to complement the failed public plan), but before that, no one should try to use the state as a form of coercion to force citizens to do something specific with their money and not force invest in something as a complement to good questionable administration of mandatory public pension funds.

Although there may be another reading and not be an idiot, but something worse, as is the attempt to use a Public Administration for your particular business, perhaps in exchange for a fee, the Board of Directors, of any political promoter laws under phenomenon called revolving doors.
