The European Symposium on the Quality of Eggs and Egg products and the European Symposium on the Quality of Poultry Meat is organized every two years jointly by the Working Groups 4 and 5 of the European Federation of WPSA, and this time it will be held between September 7 to 9, 2023 in Kraków, Poland. Such events provide a unique opportunity for scientific community, practice sector, and for all associated with the poultry sector to exchange recent advances, hot topics and upcoming challenges in the fields of the quality aspects of poultry meat, eggs and their products.
