CONCLUSIONS

The Cimenol-based additive is highly effective against Salmonella, with percentages of reduction between 95.9 and 99.25%.

When comparing it with the other products, it is more effective than them despite being applied at a dose 4 times lower.

This additive based on cimenol ring is commercially available with the name “Alquermold Natural”.
