Use of cimenol for pathogenic microorganisms control in the gut

In a study conducted in Mexico, a product based on cimenol was tested at different concentrations to prove its efectiveness against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella spp.

CONCLUSIONS

Cimenol-based product reduced pathogens contamination between 99.891 and 99.925% in the case of Salmonella spp, and more than 99.99% in the cases of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, even when applied at a dose of 50ppm.

This cimenol-based product is available with the name “Alquermold Natural L”.
